Members and the general public whom use this site are bound to this agreement, which is subject to change at any time without notice by MSR. In order to join MSR, members must acknowledge they have read and accept the terms of service agreement. Contact MSR for questions, comments, or concerns at MSR Terms of Service.

Memberships
Memberships are free. Simply fill out the form on the Join MSR page. You will receive a user name and password in the email. Then, you can login to the site. Certain portions of the MSR web site will require a membership and for you to be logged into the site in order to see the content.

Member Credentials
The credentials used to login to the MSR web site by its members must be kept confidential by MSR and its members. MSR will withhold this information unless required to disclose it by law to proper authorities. The sharing of MSR login credentials with non-MSR members will be considered a violation of the MSR Terms of Service Agreement and could result in the termination of membership.

Privacy
MSR will not share your personal information nor sell it to any third party. An email address is required for membership, but is not shared or sold to third parties. Execeptions are if you opted to receive information from partners or affiliates of MSR at the time of signing up for a membership. Members can change this preference at any time. MSR uses an email address to communicate with you important site and membership information. A valid email address also offers proof of who you are. Members can choose to subscribe to various promotions, updates, and newsletters, etc., which may be distributed by MSR via email. MSR may use various methods of tracking users, members and non-members, to gather statistics about how the MSR site is being used, which pages or content is most viewed, etc. This type of information, known as site traffic statistics, may be shared with companies and organizations interested in or currently advertising on MSR as these statistics do not expose individuals or their behavior. MSR is not responsible for the privacy policies of any other sites that are visited by links from the MSR links or forum pages, advertisements on any MSR page, or any other links that take you outside of the MSR web site. Those sites shall have their own privacy policies, terms of service, prices, which MSR does not monitor, influence, administer, nor bear any responsibility for their content, memberships, promotions, or functionality. MSR will only disclose your personal information if required by any legal authorities such as law enforcement, judges, and other agencies. MSR is not liable for any release of this information under such circumstances.

Warranty
MSR offers no warranty for information, content, or services provided with or without membership for the entire MSR site and any sites linked from within it. MSR will attempt to resolve issues relating to video downloads that do not function properly for our members. However, MSR retains the right to issue refunds and or terminate membership for those members who we are not able to help or satisfy. It is impossible for MSR to make a guarantee that our videos can be played on every member's computer and therefore we will not make such claims.

Usage Restrictions
The content (news, articles, highlight videos, event videos, special production videos, promo videos, pictures, logos, graphics, any MSR videos of any type, and any additional copyrighted content, etc.) on the MSR web site may not be copied, published, reproduced, hotlinked, or used in any way whatsoever without the express written permission from MSR. All product and company names mentioned within this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Illegal use of this content will result in MSR prosecuting violators to the fullest extent of the law. Members are responsible for logging out of the MSR web site. Failure to logout may cause the user not to be able to login again as desired until an unspecified amount of time has expired. MSR video content may be viewed as long as you are an active member. The ability to view MSR videos will be disabled upon cancellation of membership. MSR videos may be purchased separately, if offered by MSR, without such constraints. However, they may not be copied, published, reproduced, or used in any way whatsoever without the express written permission from MSR.

In the event of future video streaming only where DRM is applied (not downloads): MSR reserves the right to limit access for each member to a limited number of physical locations and or computers as well as allowing only one logon at a time. This is done so in effort to enforce the MSR agreement that all members must adhere to of not sharing membership account information. Members must submit a written request for the use of multiple computers concerning their membership. MSR reserves the right to deny such requests.

Agreement
By using this site as either a member or non-member, you agree to all of these terms of service stated in the MSR terms of service.

Technical Info & System Requirements
1) Windows Media Player (the newer the better)
2) Lots of free space on your PC's hard drive
3) High-speed Internet connection (Cable, DSL, T1, etc.)
4) Internet Explorer (the newer the better)
5) A good rule of thumb is that if your computer is 5+ years old...you may experience problems. You need sufficient disc space, RAM, and a decent video card for best performance. If you cannot watch videos on the Internet already, it is likely that MSR Online Videos won′t work either.
6) You may be prompted to "Download and/or Run Active X Control". So, go ahead and do it. This allows you to play the videos that are part of the web page rather than those that open in Windows Media Player. There is usually a bar that drops down near the top of the Internet Explorer window. Left-click on it and choose "Run Active X Control"
7) Contact Tech Support for assistance if you are ready to toss your computer into the street.
